We provide Certificate of Conformity (COC) documents.
3. Conditions for Refunds:
Refunds can be requested before the order is processed. Once the order is placed and the unique documents are generated for the requested vehicle, refunds cannot be accepted due to the nature of the service.
4. Initiating a Refund:
To initiate a refund, contact us at info@coc-online.com as soon as possible. Please provide your order number and Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
5. Refund Methods:
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method only.
6. Non-Refundable Items/Services:
All orders are non-refundable once the order is processed and unique documents are generated.
7. Additional Terms and Conditions:
Please ensure the accuracy and completeness of the address provided during the ordering process. If any errors are identified in the address, please interrupt the ordering process and contact us via email at the provided address in the "Contact" section.
If COC's are issued based on incorrect address information, you will not be entitled to receive a free spare COC. COC's issued with incorrect address information will not be eligible for return.
We reserve the right to invoice additional costs resulting from the failure to take delivery of COC's or when the delivery of COC's becomes impossible.
8. Customer Responsibilities:
Customers are not required to return items in this refund policy.
9. Exchanges or Replacements:
Similar to section 7, you will not be entitled to receive a free spare COC in case of wrong address information. COC's issued based on incorrect address information will not be eligible for return. We may invoice additional costs resulting from non-delivery or the impossibility of delivery.
