Certificate of Conformity COC FIAT

The Fiat EC Certificate of Conformity, commonly known as the Fiat COC, is the official manufacturer document confirming that your vehicle complies with an approved EU vehicle type. If you import a Fiat from Italy, Germany, France or another EU country, the COC provides the technical data the national registration authority may need to register the vehicle without an individual vehicle approval where EU type approval applies.

1. In the registration certificate: In field “E” of your vehicle registration document, Part I.
2. Windscreen: Visible from the outside in the lower corner on the driver’s side.
3. Door entry area: On a manufacturer’s plate, sticker or metal plate, on the B-pillar on the passenger side, often on the Fiat Ducato.
4. Engine compartment: Engraved directly into the bulkhead or suspension strut tower.
