To process your motorhome COC, we need the 17-character VIN and the second-stage manufacturer plate (GIOTTILINE). You can locate them here:

• On the entrance step or in the engine compartment: The official GIOTTILINE plate we require is usually riveted or affixed as a sticker on the living area entrance step (cabin doorstep) or, on some models, inside the engine compartment. This plate must display the name GIOTTILINE and its European type-approval number.
• On the registration document: The 17-character VIN is stated under section 'E' of your vehicle registration papers or title.
• Warning! Do not confuse with the base chassis plate: In the engine compartment or on the driver/passenger door pillar, you will also find the base vehicle manufacturer plate (Fiat, Ford, Mercedes, etc.), known as the first stage. To issue the motorhome COC, we strictly need the plate showing GIOTTILINE, not the one for Fiat or Ford.
• Important note: Enter your VIN without spaces when ordering. Pay special attention not to confuse the letter 'O' with the number '0'.
